You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Fee:
For cancellations after 24 hours, we will deduct a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the product’s final price from the amount you’ve already paid. The remaining sum will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Orders made with digital wallets, online vouchers, or gift cards are non-refundable to a bank account. Instead, we will credit the equivalent amount to your SONITY Wallet for future purchases.
Advance Payments:
SONITY reserves the right to request an advance payment on some orders. The remainder must be paid upon delivery. If the balance is not paid, the delivery will be considered as order cancellation.
SONITY’s Cancellation Rights:
SONITY may also cancel orders under certain conditions such as limited stock availability or incorrect product or pricing information. Orders may also be subject to additional verification or information before acceptance.

Refunds are processed electronically back to your bank account within 10 days of item receipt.
Digital Payments:
If payments are made via electronic bank transfers or credit/debit cards, the refund will reverse the initial transaction.

Items returned under our 7 days return policy undergo a professional quality check. Upon verification and validation, the refund process will be initiated.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
Partial payments for custom jewelry are non-refundable.

Experience worry-free shopping with our 7 days return policy. If there’s a technical or manufacturing defect, return the product(s) within 7 days of the shipping invoice date for an exchange or a full refund.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
Products must be in their original, sellable packaging condition.
All original tags must be intact.
The product must include any original certificates.
The original invoice copy should be provided.
Any promotional material must also be returned.
Should all criteria be met, you will receive a full 100% refund of the paid amount. Should the item have been purchased with a discount, coupon, or promo code, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
Refund Processing for Returns:
The refund will be processed to your bank account within 15 business days after product receipt. If the original payment was via debit/credit card or net banking, a transaction reversal will occur.
Product Condition on Return:
If the returned product is damaged, scratched, shows signs of wear, or has been altered, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a certain amount.
Non-Returnable Products:
Altered, used products, or items with removed tags are not eligible for returns.

Customized products.
International orders (outside India).

Return Process:
Please follow these steps for returning an item:
Email us at sale@sonitydiamond.com to request a return shipping authorization code.
Securely pack the item(s).
Seal the shipment and keep only the return invoices for shipping purposes outside the package.
Include all original packaging, materials, and certificates.
Contact our customer care team to arrange a courier pickup.
Record a video of the packing and sealing process for your reference and safety.
